  • Unfortunately, we do not. Due to Texas liquor laws we cannot carry a liquor license. Once you decide on a finalized menu our team will supply you with an itemized shopping list for alcohol. The best part? You can purchase it at any store, saving you a ton of money!

  • No problem! You won't offend us if you choose to collaborate with a caterer or a specific venue with their own bar staff for your event; they are more than welcome to staff and stock our bar.

  • Toast sits at 9 feet long, 5 feet wide and 6 feet tall. She requires a flat surface and a designated power outlet within 100 feet. If no outlet is available, we will provide a generator at an additional fee.

  • On top of our beautiful vintage Mailster, we can also provide everything needed for your perfect event bar! Depending on what package you choose our services include; 9 oz clear cups, straws, napkins, ice, garnishes, fresh squeezed juices & mixers, friendly experienced bartenders and personalized menu signage!

  • Our services are covered by liquor liability and general liability insurance. All our bartenders are certified by TABC and possess food handlers permits. It's important to note that we do not hold a liquor license, as we do not engage in the sale of alcohol.

  • No, as we do not have a liquor license, we cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.

  • It's best to plan ahead! As Toast Beverage Wagon is a unique offering, she tends to get reserved well in advance, especially for weekends – often up to six months ahead. Keep in mind that the busy wedding and holiday seasons typically fall between March to May and September to December, so those weekends tend to fill up first. However, don't hesitate to get in touch just in case we have any available weekends or last-minute cancellations!

  • To secure your event, we request a nonrefundable 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1-2 weeks before your event date, and once paid, it is nonrefundable. However, should you need to reschedule, payments are fully transferable if the request is made at least 72 hours before your event date.

  • We understand that Texas weather can be unpredictable. However, because of our advanced booking system, we are unable to accommodate cancellations due to weather. In case of rain, we are willing to collaborate with your venue. Our mobile bar, Toast, is fully electric and can operate indoors safely and efficiently.

  • YES! Toast is fully electric and is suitable for indoor use, provided she can pass through the doorway. However, please ensure there's a minimum distance of 100 feet from an electrical outlet.

  • We proudly cater to Houston and surrounding areas. Should you require our services beyond the Houston-Metro area, we are happy to accommodate, though an additional trip fee will be applied to cover gas and mileage expenses.
